Is an Architectural and Graphic design firm which has been in existence since 1999. IHSAN SUBHANI ASSOCIATES (Private) Limited. is Peshawar (Pakistan) based Architecture, Planning Consulting firm practicing aesthetically pleasing, functionally satisfying, economically feasible and sustainable solutions to solve problems and needs.
Designing to construction of commercial, residential facilities, institutional, religious, interiors, educational, recreational, industrial, landscaping are provided here and also we work on Graphic Design Services.

IHSAN SUBHANI ASSOCIATES (Private) Limited. has a complete team of architects, interior & Graphic designers, landscape consultants, sculptors, 3D designer and animators along with renowned engineering consultants in our association.

Our design philosophy is “Form Follows Function”. Every project always starts with a space needs analysis to determine the amount of built area needed, with that information, a relationship analysis of those spaces is done, and from that, the floor plans are developed, at this time, the relationship of the spaces to the site are studied, and finally, the vertical relationships of spaces are considered & the final building design and form comes from this analysis.

We incorporate sustainable and green features into projects and therefore leaving a minimal impact on the local eco-systems. The firm also believes that design should relate to nature, therefore, a building must reflect the surrounding natural environment where possible.

INTRODUCTION OF THE FIRM

IHSAN SUBHANI ASSOCIATES (Private) Limited. was founded in 1999 by the founder and my father Engr. Nasrullah Jan. Now I am continuing the legacy of managing the firm which is allocated in Peshawar with the sole purpose of, not only to provide the consultancy services to the public and private sector at national or international level, but also to develop the capabilities of its professionals, attached to the varied fields of services.

Our firm is currently developing projects in various domains such as individual and Collective Housing, Education, Work places, Art institutions, Commercial and Entertainment Centre, Conservation and Adaptive reuse and Health center, Sports Activity / Clubs, Parks.
